Drop Shipping Service Exchanges & Returns Policy
We want you and your customer to love what you have got from us. If your customers are not entirely satisfied with their purchase, we are happy to exchange your orders or offer you a refund. All returns
- within 14 calendar days from the time your customer receives the goods.
- must be in new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging materials - This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used, worn or damaged.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return for refund or exchange, (unless the return is due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault), however, the re-send exchange goods to you are still free.
- Please use an appropriate shipping box or satchel packaged via registered post and retain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit.
- Once the items have been received, we will undergo a quality review process and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund the amount of your purchase price exclude delivery charges directly to your original payment method / credit card.
- We cannot refund gift wrapping, products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a refund for the original item purchased exclude delivery charges. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of gift will be charged to the purchase via your original payment method / credit card.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched on receipt of your returns. So if you require your orders urgently, to avoid time delays we suggest you place a new order and request a refund for your initial order.
If we are unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We will refund you the amount of your purchase exclude delivery charges to your original payment method / credit card
Please allow 2 ~ 7 days for the processing of your return for exchange or refund once received. For refunds your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
Damaged Deliveries, Incorrect Supply or manufacturing fault
Where your purchases arrives within this category, we will refund you the full amount of your purchases + shipping costs you send your purchases back to us. All returns:

- will be subject to review and determined upon ANC Trading Int’s inspection
if damaged or faults cannot be found, we may refuse to refund the product and/or any shipping cost but will we contact you and ask if you would like the product return to you.
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged / faulty goods as soon as possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue you a full refund on your purchase.
Please include a copy of your postage receipt, so we can refund YOUR POSTAGE as well.
How to Return
- Within 14 calendar days, email us your return request at bags@anctrading.com.au
- Send us back the product in an appropriate shipping box or satchel via registered post with your invoice / packing slip. (A COPY OF YOUR POSTAGE RECEIPT for us to pay your postage, if you are send back for exchange due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault)
