International Returns FAQs
Q: I’m an international customer, what if I want to return the item purchased from your online wholesale shopping site?
A: Items to be returned from outside Australia should be sent no slower than registered air mail and must be endorsed 'return of goods', within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. You will need to pay the return carriage charges, though in the case of an exchange, if the item we delivered:
- incorrect size;
- incorrect colour;
- incorrect material;
- incorrect item;
- item not as pictured;
- damaged deliveries;
- faulty goods
We will have the new item delivered free of additional charge.
Q: who will be responsible for taxes, duties, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned?
A: The customers will be responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned. Unless the return is due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault, we will refund you the return postage you paid to return the item.
Q: For international purchase, can I change my mind and return the item?
A: Yes, you can, within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. If you return the item due to your change of mind, we will refund you the amount of your purchase exclude delivery charges.
