01, Australia delivery
All general deliveries in Australia are for free.
We deliver to most of Australian residential address and business address.
Upon delivery, a signature is required to accept your purchase so it is recommended that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours.
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely if there is no one available to sign for your purchase, a notification card will be left informing you of the parcel can be collected from the nearest / nominated Australia Post branch, who will hold your parcel for up to 2 weeks.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders at the earliest possible instance, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
General delivery in Australia: 1 ~ 6 working days
Order cut off times
Order cut off time is 10:00am EST.
All orders received by 10:00am will be despatched the same business day.
Tracking your order
General delivery are able to be tracked via the provided courier website or from our site at Order Tracking page.
Delivery, risk and title in the goods
ANC Wholesales Fashion Accessories will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified, however we will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.
Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.

03, Australia Returns / Exchanges
We want you to love what you have got from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your orders or offer you a refund. All returns
- within 5 days from the time you receive the goods.
- must be in new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging materials - This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used, worn or damaged.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return for refund or exchange, (unless the return is due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault), however, the re-send exchange goods to you are still free.
- If your return is due to your change of mind, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return for refund, and a 30% of Restocking fee will be charged on the purchase price of the item you returned.
Please use an appropriate shipping box or satchel packaged via registered post and retain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit.
- Once the items have been received, we will undergo a quality review process and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund the amount of your purchase price exclude delivery charges directly to your original payment method / credit card.
- We cannot refund gift wrapping, products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a refund for the original item purchased exclude delivery cost. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of gift will be charged to the purchase via your original payment method / credit card.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched on receipt of your returns. So if you require your orders urgently, to avoid time delays we suggest you place a new order and request a refund for your initial order.
If we are unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We will refund you the amount of your purchase exclude delivery charges to your original payment method / credit card
Please allow 2 ~ 7 days for the processing of your return for exchange or refund once received. For refunds your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
Damaged Deliveries, Incorrect Supply or manufacturing fault
Where your purchases arrives within this category, we will refund you the full amount of your purchases + shipping costs you send your purchases back to us. All returns:

- will be subject to review and determined upon ANC Wholesales Fashion Accessories' inspection
if damaged or faults cannot be found, we may refuse to refund the product and/or any shipping cost but will we contact you and ask if you would like the product return to you.
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged / faulty goods as soon as possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue you a full refund on your purchase.
Please include a copy of your postage receipt, so we can refund YOUR POSTAGE as well.
How to Return or Exchange

- Send us back the product in an appropriate shipping box or satchel via registered post with your invoice / packing slip. (A COPY OF YOUR POSTAGE RECEIPT for us to pay your postage, if you are send back for exchange due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault)

05, Size Guide and Colours
Australia fashion online shopping site clothing, dress, suits, belts size guide & chart
Buying clothing when on holidays can sometimes be confusing as sizes seem to vary so much from place to place. Clothing sizes are different worldwide. Each country has its own, strong identity. Whether you are a visitor from the USA, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, or Japan, shopping for clothes, belts or accessories on our wholesale site it might be useful to know the different measuring criteria.
The following charts are designed to be a useful tool in converting worldwide sizes. Even though we tried our best to display the data as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that it is absolutely correct as sizes of garments, shoes, belts and accessories vary between manufacturers and even between different collections by the same designer. You should use these charts for approximation only.
The best way to know which size is the perfect fit for you is to measure up a garment you have at home that is a great fit and really comfortable, and find your size within a couple of centimetres of that garment.
How to measure your right clothing size:
- Use your exact measurements when selecting your size
- Keep the tape firm, but not tight
- Measure over under garments
- Ask someone to measure you
Measuring your bust / chest : with both your arms down, place the tape under your armpits and tape measure by turning it completely around your body without holding your breath. Your coat size typically equals your actual chest size plus a couple of inches to allow adequate room for a sweater and a comfortable movement. (tops and loose fitting dresses)
Measuring your waist: tape measure around your waistline where you usually wear your trousers. If your waist size is bigger than your chest size, then the former is the one to look for in the chart in order to determine your coat size. (loose fitting skirts)
Measuring your hip: measure around fullest part of seat, approx. 22cm or 9" down from the waist (trousers, jeans, narrow fitting skirts and dresses)
Measuring your shoulder: from top of left shoulder across back all the way to top of right shoulder, seam to seam
Measuring your shirt length / sleeve: from top of shoulder sleeve (or strap seam) to end of cuff
Measuring your length: measured from top of waistband to bottom of hem. (pants / shorts / skirts)

07, Currency/Taxes/Duties
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and exclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST).
For all international purchases, a 10% Australian taxes (GST) will be subtracted.
All international purchases are not subject to Australian taxes (GST); however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Please note: to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.
ANC Wholesales Fashion Accessories is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.
